Terms & Conditions

  • Go to OGenie tickets in the app. Click on Cancel Ticket -> Fill Up Refund Application
  • Pro users will be charged a 5% refundable booking fee of the total ticket amount.
  • Refundable Booking is applicable on the total transaction amount irrespective of the number of travelers. Without any cap limit.
  • Users can claim the refund by filling up the Refund Application form upto 30 days after the travel date.
  • Refundable Booking Policy must be exclusively selected while booking the flight ticket. So the user can claim a full refund against that booking only post cancellation.
  • Document needs to be attached with the Refund Application Form as evidence of the reasons stated on OGenie’s Platform for cancellations of travel and subsequently for attaining full refunds.
  • OGenie will refund the ticket amount for canceled trips within 5 working days to the user’s bank account after the cancellation process is initiated and it is conditionally on the approval of the evidence provided and verified.
